It starts with a conversation. Before anything gets scoped or priced, we get on a call to talk about your business, your audience, and what you're actually trying to build. I want to understand the full picture — not just what you want it to look like, but what it needs to do in the real world.

This call is free. No pitch, no pressure. If it's a good fit, we'll move forward. If it's not, I'll tell you that too.

The Consult Call

Once we've decided to work together, I'll send over a project brief that outlines the scope, timeline, deliverables, and investment. You review it, we align on everything, and you pay a 50% deposit to lock in your project start date.

Nothing moves forward without a signed brief and deposit — that's how I protect your timeline and mine.

Scope, Brief & Deposit

Every brand I build starts the same way — not on a computer. In a sketchbook. Before I open a single design file, I'm exploring ideas by hand, working through concepts, and thinking about how your brand will live in the real world. Merch, social, signage, print — all of it.

You'll also fill out a brand questionnaire that gives me the foundation I need: your story, your audience, what you stand for, and what you definitely don't want.

Discovery & Sketchbook

This is where the work happens. I'll bring concepts to the table — logos, colors, typography, the full visual language — and we'll review them together. Depending on your package, you'll have one to three rounds of structured revision built in. We go back and forth until it's right.

Revisions are scoped, not open-ended. That keeps the project moving and the result focused.

Design & Review

When the brand is approved and your final balance is paid, I deliver everything — organized, labeled, and ready to use. You get your files in every format you'll ever need: PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, and EPS. Plus your brand guide, so anyone you hand this off to knows exactly how to use it correctly.

Amplify clients also get 30 days of post-delivery support for questions, tweaks, or guidance as you start rolling out your brand.

Delivery & Handoff

WHAT TO EXPECT — DETAILS & EXPECTATIONS

  • Origin: 3–4 weeks  ·  Evolve: 4–5 weeks  ·  Amplify: 6–8 weeks

  • Email is primary. Calls are scheduled - not drop-in. I respond within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.

  • Origin: 0 rounds (scope is defined at kickoff)  ·  Evolve: 1 round  ·  Amplify: 3 rounds. Additional rounds available at $100 each.

  • You receive everything: PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, EPS. Organized by use case. Print-ready and screen-ready both included.

  • 50% deposit before work begins. Remaining 50% due before final files are delivered. No exceptions.

  • Final copy for any text. Photos or references if applicable. Login access to any platforms if needed. And your availability — decisions need a decision-maker.

  • Custom illustration, photography, copywriting, SEO, paid ads, video, or app development. These can be contracted separately if needed.

  • Available for Origin tier only at +$500 for 48-hour turnaround. Not available for Evolve or Amplify — good work takes time.
