Custom Workwear Samples for Siege Industrial

DTF Apparel Printing on the Western Slope of Colorado

When Siege Industrial approached me about creating branded workwear samples, the goal was simple:
clean, professional apparel that holds up in industrial environments and represents their brand well in the field.

This project focused on producing high-quality samples across multiple garment types- hoodies, performance polos, and trucker hats- using DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing to ensure speed, consistency, and flexibility before committing to a larger production run.

The Project

Siege Industrial operates throughout Western Colorado, where workwear needs to perform in real conditions. The goal was to create apparel that felt clean and intentional while remaining practical for daily use.

DTF printing was chosen because it allowed for fast sampling, consistent logo application, and flexibility across different fabrics.

Production Approach

For this project, I used UltraMax DTF transfers from Stahls. These transfers are built for professional decorators and long term durability.

Their logo was applied to

  • Sport-Tek Medweight Hoodie

  • Cornerstone 100% Polyester Polo

  • Richardson 112 trucker cap

Each garment was selected for comfort, durability, and real world use.

Process Overview

The artwork was reviewed and optimized for print clarity and consistency. Transfers were applied using proper heat, pressure, and dwell time, followed by a final quality check to ensure clean edges, accurate placement, and long lasting adhesion.

The Result

Siege Industrial received professional, ready to wear samples that represent their brand accurately and perform in job site environments. These samples now serve as a reference point for future bulk orders and reduce risk before scaling production.

Why This Matters

For businesses on the Western Slope, sampling is a smart way to test apparel before committing to volume. DTF printing allows companies to move quickly while maintaining consistent branding across multiple garment types.

This approach works well for industrial companies, contractors, outdoor brands, and service businesses in Grand Junction and surrounding areas.
