Let me
guess.
You don't want to hire a designer because it’s pricey. It doesn’t fit into your business model.
You have tried outsourcing, but the average designer doesn't understand
the screen printing world.
The unreliability is really keeping you from being able to run your business.
you wish
to know your promise to your customer
is going to happen.
You want someone who communicates with you and knows how to handle your files so the
work gets printed properly.
You want high-quality creative that can handle design needs or rework some AI slop without draining
your bank account.
Without the creative
you have
no business.
And as you know, return customers
are really what make your business thrive.
I’ve seen firsthand how having great creative you can depend on keeps customers coming back for years.
I’ve helped print shops
who were on the verge of
losing clients
not only keep their clients,
but had them returning for years
after making monthly 10K orders.
That’s why I created Indx.
FAQ.
-
I created INDX to be a premium, tailored option, for screen printing shops looking for better communication, trending creative & detailed proofs.
INDX is your remote art director that will hop on a call to discuss an in-depth project, and who’s rooting for you to get that new business.
-
All prepress and design work will be handled by Timbo.Slices. I have 15 years of graphic design, prepress and illustration under my belt and can handle whatever you throw at me.
-
All communication is streamlined through email. If you need to jump on a phone call or want to shoot me a text that is an option as well.
-
Billing will happen monthly around the time you signed up for your contract. An invoice will be sent from QuickBooks as a recurring payment for the 6-month term.
-
This depends on what type of work you’re in need of. If it’s a simple logo in a common placement, shoot me an email with the art and scale. If you don’t know the scale, I’ll size it for you and provide a Seddi tech pack that will show size, color, and placement of the art on the garment.
If it’s a more detailed project, send over a brief and any reference materials. If there are no references, I’ll do a little research and get back to you with my best direction.
-
Short answer: Yes!
If you need SIM process separations, the artwork will be separated in Photoshop, and I’ll supply you with a .PSD file or a .PDF file.
I use AccuRIP to check all of my separations and will provide suggested LPI, screen mesh count, and halftone angles.
-
All proofs will be tailored per client. If you need detailed proofs for your customer, I’ll provide a Seddi tech pack showing scale, PMS colors, and an accurate representation of the printed artwork.
If you need a simple mockup that shows the placement of the artwork and your branding, that can be done as well.
-
All created artwork and proofed artwork will be returned with PMS spot colors.
-
All proofs will have an estimated mesh, LPI, and build. These will be starting points for your production crew.
Our initial discovery conversation will cover what ink you print, and the artwork will be tailored to your production needs.
If you aren’t sure what your on-press dot gain is, I’ll use industry-standard dot gain compensation for SIM process art.
I can also build a dot gain profile for your RIP software to ensure crispy halftones every time.
-
The design files will belong to you after signing the contract.
-
There is a 30-Day clause for canceling a contract. There are no refunds.
If we decide things aren’t a good fit, work for 1-month will be covered and the automatic invoices will be cancelled after that.
-
Custom illustration work is covered under the 6 creative hours you get per month.
If not all production jobs are used in a month, that time can be rolled into more creative hours next month.
-
Yes - It depends on the artwork. A majority of spot color jobs will come as an .ai file or .eps
If you need artwork converted to vector, I can take care of that as well.
-
I can handle any creative you throw at me!
If you need advertisements, packaging, wraps, website redesigns, or branding it can be done.
Specific artwork needs like this will be handled as “creative” hours or billed separately depending on the scope of the project.
THE CONTRACT.
Every month you get:
35 prepress projects
6 hours of Bespoke creative
1 to 2 Business day turnaround time*
Peace of mind.
It’s a 6-month container at $2050 a month, which is cheaper than the payroll taxes you would pay for a high-caliber design employee who may or may not show up to work.
I only take 3-4 contract shops at a time, so everyone gets the necessary attention.
